We implement the Su-Schrieffer-Heeger model in a synthetic dimension formed from rotational states of ultracold RbCs molecules. Spectroscopy and dynamics after deterministic state preparation probe its edge states. Long coherence times and site-resolved detection, including in an eight-state lattice, enable tests of robustness against perturbations that preserve or break chiral symmetry. The platform offers a starting point for molecular quantum simulations with interacting synthetic dimensions.
