We realize tunable non-Abelian gauge fields in an active mechanical lattice, encoding a local pseudospin with pairs of oscillators and engineering couplings through measurement and feedback. Wilson-loop measurements establish their non-Abelian character. Nonreciprocal couplings then reveal direction-dependent Wilson loops in two dimensions and controllable localization of non-Hermitian skin modes in one dimension.
